To answer MrsG31's post It takes in to account you burn while your sleeping, the baseline burn for your bodily functions. I have a Zip, I love it! The only issue is the problem syncing with MFP. Its a good pedometer for those starting out and don't want to spend big money on a "Flex" or a "Force.

Cut down on processed foods ie...donuts, chips, candy, frozen diners, most canned soups. Eating better usually means learning how to cook! And say NO to soda!

I started checking the label against what is listed, if I don't have the label from the food I go with the one with the most confirmations. Yes it is extremely annoying! Why would anyone intentionally enter in the wrong nutritional information!?

Trying to gain muscle, get healthier all around. Tired of being weak and flabby :(. In surgery recovery at the moment so right now Im trying to make sure I don't put on bad weight (flab) and maintain the good wieght (muscle).

I allow myself one "bad" day a week. Let yourself indulge a little bit I go no more then 500 over. I found that restricting treats altogether leads to bad binges later down the road.
