Delicious! I add vanilla, chocolate chips, walnuts, egg whites and shredded coconut (measured of course)works out to 65 calories a cookies!!! Took them to work and everyone wanted to recipe !!0

I made these today and my son loved them. I added some chocolate chips. My husband thought they were too sweet (we don't eat many sweets. I'm going to try a barely ripe banana next time and then sweet potato (no clue if it will work, but worth a try).

This might be a silly question but when people talk about a cup of oatmeal can anyone reccomend an actual weight?? For us in the UK, or is it just a cup full, like a coffee cup full ???
