I've had a few recently: 1. I am officially down to a medium size in tops! I won a T shirt in a raffle drawing at work and wasn't really given a choice in size, just handed a medium shirt. It fits perfectly. Then I went to a concert and bought an awesome band t shirt. They only had smalls and mediums left in the shirt I…

Ain't that the truth? If I could go back to lemonade diet me. I would slap her straight in the face.

When I first started showing that I was losing weight a couple of people asked me how I was doing it and I told them that I was counting calories and using an app (MFP) to do so. Their response was that they tried counting calories but it seemed like too much work. I told them at first it seemed tedious but then when I…

This rings true for me. For the past two days I have made sure to work out despite a slight stomach bug that has left me feeling blah and nauseated. As long as I'm not hindered by the other problems that accompany a stomach bug (Fingers crossed it doesn't lead to that.) I feel like I just need to do it or my entire day…

I am sorry for the venting. If I am being too out of place or rude, feel free to delete. I'm just frustrated by another thread I saw...

At this very moment, I want people to stop trying to push their diets on others. You're vegan and that'd great for you. I don't doubt that you feel better. Do you think you're going to get a Nobel Peace Prize or something? Do you think animals will begin to worship you and you will suddenly be able to speak to them? I eat…

Buying them coffee makes her look like the better person. Making some comment to them doesn't help her to be viewed as a hero as much as setting a good example does and showing them that even if they are hateful b****** she can be the better person. Her children were with her. Buying them the coffee was the perfect F***…

I am 30 years old and 5'4" tall. Starting weight was 194 and weight in the during is 154. This took me a year to achieve. I still want to lose about 24 pounds.

*This annoyed and frustrated me at first. ((Stupid auto correct))

I started to gain weight in my late teens and by the time I was 25 I was 226 pounds. I lost 30 pounds and kept it off for the next 4 years. Unfortunately, life got away from me and depression took over. I still managed to cut back on fast food (my main weakness) and I always made sure to only eat enough to satisfy myself…

After four weeks I can finally do a side plank with my feet together and by only balancing on my arm and feet like you're supposed to and hold it for about 30 seconds on each side. I am so excited to be getting stronger.

Well, you can just laugh in their faces once they start seeing your results and tell them, "I told you so."

All our bodies are different but I'm sure any gains from your vacation were water weight if not for a pound or two. Getting back on the wagon can be hard. Don't beat yourself up over it. Instead, I hope you got back on and were able able to continue to be successful.

I expected my shoe size to go down. I was a size 7 in high school and made it up to an 8 with my weight gain. What is unexpected is that I am seemingly a 6 1/2 now! I am still about 20 pounds heavier than I was in school and yet my shoe size is smaller now, 15 years later? What?! Very confusing because I got so used to a…

I feel like this is me when it comes to getting jobs after I have an interview. When I was bigger, and it was the last time I was looking for a job I went to countless interviews before I finally found a job. Recently, I had a job interview for a temp job and it was the only interview I had since looking for a job and got…

I have been doing a plank challenge and am on week 3. The time I was supposed to do the plank for today was 2 minutes, which was the same as last week. Last week I made it 1:30 before my body gave out on me. Today I held for 1:45!!! 15 seconds longer and instead of getting shaky after 20-30 seconds it took almost a minute!…

How did you decide to make a change in the first place? You just finally did it. The cravings and insatiable hunger will taper off after a few days and your body will adjust to the calorie deficit just like it did before. To get anywhere you have to take the steps. I recently took a diet break for 3 weeks knowing full well…

I am 5'4" tall I was a size 18 (US) in the "before" and size 12 in the "during." Although that dress is a size 12, I can wear a size 10 in pants. In fact, my size 10 shorts I bought at the beginning of summer are starting to get looser. .. Keep up the great work, everyone! Remember, it's a marathon not a race. One high…

I have been doing a plank challenge since a week ago Monday. The challenge is designed so that you're doing a different type of plank each day with the same amount of time for each plank and then the time increases each week repeating the same planks. Well, Thursdays are "plank on a stability ball" day. Last week I had to…

About 205 in the before and 160 in the during. Still have about 30 pounds to reach my goal but this is the first picture where I truly saw a difference in how I look. Congratulations to everyone. All of you are amazing and motivate me to be an "after" and success story.

195lbs - 160 lbs I'm not done yet. Only half way there.

Even though my 1st hiit session on the elliptical wore me out so bad yesterday that I could only sit on my couch and rest the remainder of the day and I told myself today would be a rest day, I still got on the elliptical after all today! No hiit today just testing my personal endurance but still, I did it!! Successfully…

I wish my boobs would shrink. I have lost 35 pounds and gone from a 42D to a 34DD. Before I gained weight I was a 36C. Granted, I was 18 years old. Now at 30, it's beginning to be a real problem. Hopefully this they go with the next 30 pounds.

That my idea of how to lose weight and how much physical activity I thought I would want to do or need to do would change. I thought as long as I ate within my calories that everything would be just fine. That was until I only had 1320 calories allowed in a day. It's now a requirement that I exercise or I will either risk…

I have worked out everyday this week!! I have been doing my workouts around 11AM but, today I had a meeting in the morning and got up at 6AM to workout so I could get my workout and shower in before the meeting. The part that makes me the proudest is that I didn't sleep well the night before and was telling myself about…
