the dvd is only 10 dollars at walmart, on the exercise equipment isle. the meal plans are explained on the dvd, i havent done them yet because i dont have the ingredients for most. they are: DAY 1: scrambled eggs, wheat toast and strawberries DAY 2: oatmeal and half a banana w/ peanutbutter DAY 3: wheat bread french toast…

i often skip breakfast as well. but on occasion i will make 2 eggs or something but thats it. otherwise i'll just eat when i get hungry.

yep, the monthly starting, norasnana :( ugh. i ate so much yesterday. i just gorged. i feel so pathetic. i havent eaten yet today though

that question has been on my mind as well. the 1200 calories, i think, is the recommended for you to lose 2 lbs a week. and when you exercise it gives you more calories so your body will not go into starvation mode (thats my opinion though)

i couldnt help it, im a sucker for a cute wittle puppy! got a 56 lb pit at home and she is literally the sweetest dog ever. She's never acted agressive towards anybody. she loves new people and cats.

oh man for me exercise seems to make the cramps worse. so i dont exercise at all during my T.O.M

your MFP is just telling you how much you should be eating to lose the amount of weight per week you wish determined by your BMR, or the amount of calories you need when you just want to stay the same.
