I did when I first started working out. Then I realized how important a weekly rest day was to my recovery and progress. As you get more comfortable in your routine that feeling will pass. Nowadays I still miss working out on rest days. But that is not because of guilt. Its because I truly enjoy working out.

A good sports bra will prevent pain from bouncing etc. I am a 36 D. I love my compression bra.

The norm is 20% of your TDEE. If the 3104 number is correct, 20% of that is 2483.

I work from home. I workoit early morning while kids and hubby are in bed. Sometimes I run in the evenings. Hubby usually takes kids to gym with him. They are in childcare while he works out.
