Calling all runners- water retention, knee pain

I took up running outside in May and I am hooked. Somedays I run couple miles just to clear my head. I am doing up to 10 miles a week (in addition to spinning 2-3 days a week plus weights). Problem is knee pain in my right knee where the knee meets the Tibia(shin bone). I changed shoes to help with the knee. Got custom fitted at a store catering specifically to runners. Hasn't helped. The knee pain is to a point where I am afraid I may have to stop running.
Second- Noticed the veins in my left leg (on calf) literally pop. It goes back to normal after a while but always returns.
Third- Water retention. Feel bloated overall.
What am I doing wrong. How to I set myself up for better runs?
