  • Do you have a recipe for this? Been looking for a yummy low cal version :)
  • I am 5'2" and I eat 1900-2000 calories a day (I weigh 119right now). Losing about a half pound or less a week, but that is what i am aiming for :-) Trying to get to goal weight of 112.
  • I would love if you could post the olive garden's zuppa toscana soup recipe. Yummy!
  • I am 5'2" and current weight is 119. I started out at 142 pounds. Began with eating 1400 calories and lost 18 pounds in 4 months. After that I plateaued for about 4 months at 126. Upped my calories to 1600 and dropped another 3 pounds fairly quickly then stalled out at 122 for several months. My fitbit says I consistently…
  • Yes! I am 5'2" and weigh 119 and I lose about 1/2 a pound a week eating 2,000 calories every day. Yay for getting to eat more!!
  • lol. Thanks for the info :)
  • Thank you all so much-these are great ideas!! Everything sounds fun, now to narrow it down :) What do you think about the fun pass? Worth it or waste of money? Also, any recommendations for whale watching boat company to go with or are they all pretty comparable?
  • I have been eating 1700 and exercising the same for about 3 months. Weight just started fluctuating the last couple of weeks. I am only about 10 pounds away from goal weight and i know the last 10 can be hard to lose. Maybe that is why?
  • I should also add that i have been eating about 1700 calories a day and was losing 1/2-1 pound a week, but i have been going up and down and up and down from 122-125 the past 3 weeks so not sure whether it is just normal fluctuations or whether i miscalculated my TDEE -20% the first time by entering strenuos exercise and i…
  • I am 5'2 1/2. I eat about 1700 calories a day and losing on average about a pound a week. I started at 139 lbs., currently at 122 and aiming for 110 as final goal weight. I walk a couple miles every day and do a Jillian Michaels dvd daily (between 30-50 min, depending on which dvd i do). Planning to start weight training…
  • Thank you for the help everyone! I am still a little shocked that my fitbit says i burn that much every day! I was totally going by what the calculators said someone my size would burn a day (TDEE), but apparently i burn quite a bit more according to my fitbit. I am hoping it is pretty accurate as i am plqnning on upping…
  • I take the fitbit off when i do the exercise videos because I read that they are not very accurate for exercise other than walking. I use my HRM for the exercise videos. It says that i burn between 250-400 calories depending on the exercise dvd i am doing. So do i add that on top of the 2,400-2,500 that i am averaging on…
  • I meant to type that my fitbit says that i burn 2,400-2,600 calories a day NOT 2,800. However, that does NOT include the times i take it off to do my exercise dvd's or go swimming so it probably would be up to 2,700 or 2,800 with those added in. I dont know whether to go by the fitbit or the info from the TDEE calculator…
