maybe they are flushing down cake with the water !! LOL i notice i eat a lot when i am thirsty, going to bump my water intake up and see if it helps !!!

i had the same question, i started last night........i tracked my walking 3.5 mph and jogging 5.2 seperately for the minutes i did them....... not sure what else to do ...... the treadmill said i burnt a TON more calories than the tracking thing did

yep over 100 but now if i loose 100 from here i would be happy .......... friend me, try to be as supportive but i am just restarting my journey

OMG that was me, i dropped stuff, lot my towel, ear phones fell out, almost fell off the treadmill........but i tried and will probably have to keep doing day one for a week or 5 but at least i am trying.... i could not get the file with the c25k info to download but thanks for trying

thank you both......i thought i would die, or puke, or puke then die, almost fell off treadmill once, hit the saftey switch by accident .....i was a mess but i made it 98% then walked for a half and hour after instead of the cool down, i am afriad to try it again tomorrow but by tomorrow i might be ready to try again !!!

thank you all, as i said i walk at 3.5 for over an hour without much problem at all, i have not added big inclines into that yet, 6 months ago i was up to running to one song (about 3 minutes) but not able to run again for 3 minutes so i thought this program could work me up slower..... i KNOW I AM BEING CHICKEN...........…

as a big girl i enjoyed the treadmill the best, walking, easiest with good results.... oddly enough the other machines were uncomfortable for me. I wish i had a pool to swim here (or guts to put on a swimsuit). I also enjoyed zumba since i could do it at my pace even in a class

i also have to get back intot the game.....i am over 2 weeks of being a bum, hardly going to gym, eating anything and everything, even drinking soda.....i feel bad too........ got to get back on track....i would love a contest or something to motivate me to get moving in the right direction again

bottled water (which i really drink), grapes ... fave snack, can put in a baggie and take with me, loaf of break, for a quick toast or sandwich for hunger to keep me from junk food
