Have u tried popcorn sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. A tsp or so of sugar won;t kill your diet and the popcorn is a mute question.

I am 5'*8 and am "down" to 202.5. I don't think I look terrible - but I know that I am still 50 lbs overweight and I think I am wearing rose colored glasses when I look in the mirror. My BP is still up and I can feel the strain when I walk 4 miles... that means I am seeing what I want to "see" ... You may be doing the same…

Make a huge batch of vege stir fry and use just one TBL of olive oil. For breakfast I chop up tiny pieces of potato, peices of red and green pepper and onio, saute them... then throw on some low fat cheese and liquid egg white

Lived in Mentor, Ohio for a long time. Now in California ... want to get a beach body but will be tough since I'm 63!! BUT I can get healthy. Good luck. Go slow and steady like the old toirtoise - you can do it!!!@:smile:
