  • Ahhh ok, I thought RMR and BMR were the same thing, didn't realize they were different. Thank you for your help, I'm going to raise up to 2,700 and then gradually after that to the 3000-3200 range for about 2 months and hope that this works.

  • I had a friend who had a problem with this, she used Panoxyl soap and it helped get rid of it. Panoxyl is a acne bar soap but also comes in liquid form. Otherwise you could also try to wear t-shirts instead of tanks, likely whatever is causing the acne is on the floor that we're always rolling around on.

  • I actually use my regular old razor that I used to shave my legs! In the shower I'll just hit my hands with it after the skin gets nice and soft, keeps my hands looking nice.
