  • Hi everyone! It's my first time in the Christmas challenge. I was at 155 lbs, but I slowly gain back and I'm at 176 lbs now. I want my 155 back and for Christmas it would be perfect. I need motivation since I tried to get back a couple of times to 155 lbs without success.

  • Doing great so far. I found a gym in the hotel I was staying in friday so I decided to try the bicycle. Before, I would not have notice there was a gym. I ate in a restaurant since I was traveling and I found in the menu some light meals and the number of calories was written right there so I ordered on of them.

  • 1st day was easy. 2nd already a challenge: I worked all day and had a supper at a restaurant in the evening with people from work. I had to do quickly my exercice in between.   • For me, it took 20 lbs lost for people to start to notice. A friend of mine said the same: she lost 20 lbs before people started to tell her she looks like she lost weight. You are maybe 5 lbs away for people to start noticing.
  • I do zumba on the wii at home. It works well for me.
