  • My Triumph one is seriously the best - it got my seal of approval when I was jumping about in the changing rooms to test it and my belly was jiggling but my 32DD breasts hardly moved!
  • lol - a very nice reminder of what we all know but probably choose to ignore. I especially love the point : "Your body is working against you. Everything is working against you. LIFE is also working against you. Even your friends may be working against you."
  • I find that cutting back on carbs makes a huge difference whether you exercise lots or not. Unfortunately for me, everything I love has carbs in it so if I do have them I make sure it's earlier in the day (before 6pm) Give it a try and see how you get on!
  • I've also been doing this for a while but I try to make my cut off point around 6pm. After that I tend to have yogurts, fruit and lots of water. But if you're still feeling hungry - try a protein shake!
