I prefer asics and in London they have a shop where they hook you up to a treadmill and monitor the way you run. You are then recommended trainers based on their results. My Triumph one is seriously the best - it got my seal of approval when I was jumping about in the changing rooms to test it and my belly was jiggling but my 32DD breasts hardly moved!

I find that cutting back on carbs makes a huge difference whether you exercise lots or not. Unfortunately for me, everything I love has carbs in it so if I do have them I make sure it's earlier in the day (before 6pm) Give it a try and see how you get on!

I've also been doing this for a while but I try to make my cut off point around 6pm. After that I tend to have yogurts, fruit and lots of water. But if you're still feeling hungry - try a protein shake!

I totally understand where you're coming from! I've always been a 32DD/E, size 10/12 and wanted to lose the boobs to make me look proportional.
