Alright, I got yours to work so I deleted the one from the photobucket account. They looked different from each other.

Look at mine. I added it to our Photobucket account & resized it. I took the img code from there & changed them to img in my signature.

I got it to work. Change all the IMG in it to img and the URL to url. It did cut off a little big though, maybe resize it?

Ugh!! Ugh!! Ugh!! That's all I can say :-( I did 2 workouts on Sunday & could only do one on Monday. My legs, shins & back are still killing me. I skipped yesterday, but will start L2 tonight. I've been using Biofreeze to try to get rid of some of the pain.

Woo hoo!! Day 5 done last night ;-) I feel it's getting easier & I'm not taking as many breaks. I'm still not doing regular push-ups, but at least I'm doing them. lol

I did Day 4 last night. I just don't have time to get on at night to update. lol I do post on the mobile app on my phone. I walked 1.7 miles before and noticed I didn't have leg pains during the work out. I'm ready for Day 5 tonight :) After hopefully another 1+ mile walk.
