GOOOOOOD MORNING SHREDDERS!!!!!!!!
Super easy challenge for today. My daughter inspired this one.
Since we will all be making 2012 new years resolutions soon, let’s make a list of resolutions we have from now until the end of 2011. This could be anything you want to achieve from nutrition, fitness, work, family...etc.
Enjoy the rest of your day!!!

My end of the year goals are....
I am super excited that we get to go back home at Christmas to see our family and friends. One goal I have for myself is to finally get to my goal weight of 135 by Dec.22nd. I'll be working along side my daugher who would like to loose a few lbs before the end of the year.
By the end of the year i'd really like to break my Dr. Pepper habit and increase my water intake.
I also want to get back into my regular gym workouts going 4-5 days a week. I hate winter so getting back out after work is a huge challenge in itself for me when it so darn cold and snowy outside!0 -
I'd like to get down to 10 stone although I don't seem to be losing atm!
Also finish the page of my massive cross-stitch project I'm working on now.
Get back on my bike which is rusting away outside.
Complete 30 day shred
Finish writing the journal article I'm working on.0 -
Good challenge!
Finish the 30ds
Begin the Ripped in 30 or Zumba
Lose 20 more lbs.
Clean my office.
Do a major home cleaning.
Get professional pictures made of my son and me.
Work on my self-esteem.0 -
good challenge!
1. Loose another stone (at least -would like it to be more but am trying to be realistic in my goals)
2. Keep working out (have finally realised how much I enjoy it & shouldn't let being fatter than I'd like get in the way)
2b Maybe even start runing with hubby (whohas been inspired to start again cos of my shredding)
3. Fit our kitchen (uber DIY project as is not really a proper room at the mo)
4. Get a better job
erm sure I'll think of something else to add...0 -
Awesome challenge! I've been mia lately, but that's another story.
Walk more
Jog a 5k (knee problems may not make this one happen)
Start and continue with Zumba
Finish my Christmas shopping early
Spend more time playing with my daughter & less time stressing over things I can't change0 -
Thanks for the challenge!
1) drink more water
2) lose 1 stone before christmas (14lbs)
3) exercise 5 days a week minimum
4) like what i look at! (getting there but very slowly!)0 -
Finish the 30 DS
Start Ripped in 30
Continue to watch the sodium intake
Drink as much water as possible. I haven't had sweet tea in two weeks.
Be confident in myself
Realize Rome wasn't built in a day and losing the weight won't come off in that day period. It takes time to to make the change and I've got plenty of that.
