I was 163.4 last week and I have lost two pounds leading me to a 161.4! I started carb cycling and raised my calorie level to 1500 (instead of 1200) and it has been AMAZING!!! I can't believe how much I have lost hahaha. My goal weight is to be like 130 but I won't complain if I see 140 or 135.

I think for my plan, I am going to try to eat more protein than anything lol I don't know what to do about dessert cause I am sweet tooth kind of girl. I would love to eat nothing but sugary stuff all day if only I would stay skinny...

These are all great! It is definitely hard to compliment yourself and easy to pick out the negatives. Try not to be so hard on yourself and talk to yourself like you would to a friend or loved one :)

So I have been trying to lose weight for the last three years. I started (for the millionth time) back in october of 2010. I weighted 205 pounds and I am 5 feet, 2 inches. I went down to 180 and then had to get a second job (college student problems) so I stopped losing weight for a steady year. I picked it back up again…

Week 1: 169.8 Week 2: 168.2 Not that great but I am happy that it went down. I didn't do all of my workouts this week so that is what I am going to work on for this week.

I think inches would be a good idea too. It isn't just pounds we need to consider :)

LOL!!! @Jannah1208. I feel the same way. Mine were the first to lose the fat and in a weird way, I was sad about it.

@cem614 I don't know about you but for me when I have date night, desert is the ONLY thing I want. I have come to find those Chobani flips with almonds, chocolate, and coconut to help satisfy the craving. They are so good you may get addicted lol Have a good date night! The weekend is my usual downfall because I am at work…

Really my biggest advice would be to drop the soda and the fast food all together. i know I hate to say it but really when I first started losing weight, I had to quit everything cold turkey. Your body is in desperate need of a good "detoxing". Drink A LOT of water. Someone once told me that the more water you drink, the…

With all the different options out there for dieting it is crazy ridiculous and kind of confusing. I however have found that for me, if I just stick to the basics of eating as close to natural as possible, I start feeling and looking good. No processed stuff or at least limit it if you can't get rid of it. I try to get…

Awesome!!! I know that my ego and confidence SKYROCKETED after I had lost the weight. After I gained the ten pounds, I pretty much wanted to live in a hole. I want that confidence back so it's time to kick my behind into gear! I think it is just something that we will have to accept and move on from :)

Hey everyone! My name is Tracey and I am from Houston, TX. I had lost 45 pounds and over the summer I gained 10 pounds back. I have been slightly depressed and not that motivated. I am hoping to try and get my focus back on what I want so I can be confident when I graduate next year. To tackle these first 20 pounds would…
