I like to slice half of an avocado in slices..S&P, and make a panini w/deli turkey slices, Mozzarella or Provolone cheese, and wheat bread! I also love to eat them raw too..or guac

how about some filling and diabetic-friendly recipes? I had one earlier today that was: 1 scoop protien powder 1/2c ea frozen strawberries and frozen banana slices 1c soy milk 1 1/2tsp ground flax 1Tbs agave nectar (just because I had a bad sweet tooth)
