Im on BC so I don't get much pain, so I will definitely try and do at least 1 run that week, as for eating I will eat what I crave but in moderation, I still stick to my calories allowed.. as much as possible... it willbe worth it at the end of the week!

I thought this exact same thing...depending on what ur goals are set to be.. after all these answers (THANKS EVERYONE) I think I totally agree with your last paragraph! As long as I am consuming my minimum 1200cals and not hungry I will be good, :)

Last night we made mcmuffins, soo good, and just the right amount to fill you up. Muffin 140 calories, egg was 90 and I added 1 slice of cheese singles and a slice of lunch meat.. all in all it was about 300 calories!
