  • Did one set plus 60 minutes of uphill walking. Added a few other weight activities and ab workouts to it as well. All in all a pretty good day!
  • I measure on Saturdays so here are my measurements as of last Saturday... Starting Weight 158 Chest with arms 43 Waist at belly button 35 Waist right above buttocks (:happy:) 39 Arms 11.75 Thighs 23 Calf 15.5

  • I measure in front of a mirror so I can visually memorize where I am measuring. I have a birth mark on my calf that I go by, I measure at the top of my butt crack and around my belly button for my waist, I measure right across my nipples for my chest...just a few tips. I am so glad that I measured this time…
