I went to see a trainer about a meal plan this past weekend. WOW! I am taking in the right number of cals but too many fruits and sodium! POO I like salt and fruit. Has been difficult to change over just the last few days but I am going to stick with it.

No Loss this week due to Losing my grandfather, The reason I gained all the weight I have it because of Depression I had after losing my grandmother 3 years ago, so this time I am so glad to be part of something already to help keep my head up. I will have a loss next week I just know it!!!

So sorry for your loss, MrsZippy. I lost my mom a year ago and also put on weight. I am just now seriously taking it off. Your grandparents would want you to be happy and healthy!0
