I was pissed at first, I worked so hard this week. BUT it turns out I lost 1/4 inch on my arms and calves and 1/2 inch on my belly (so 1 inch overall), as well as .5% body fat since the 3rd and I'm SO HAPPY! Goes to show the scale isn't everything!0 -

That's awesome!!! The scale can be deceiving when your body is changing, stay positive and encouraged. Also know this post encourages me as well : )0 -

I know I am late in posting, but this is extremely difficult to do, I have been putting it off. This is nothing to get excited about because on 12/12/12 I was 228.6, so I did not do well over the holidays! I am trying now so that is what counts.
