    Sorry I have not weigh in in a while since 1/10 ---- 192 lbs. I did weigh myself on Thursday

    March 7 192 lbs

    So I have not change sine then, I will go from here I am stuck any suggestion. I guess I am stuck.

    April - SW 192 lbs

    End of April - GW 184

    I am doing a walk at home program lets see what happens. Goal is to lose 8 lbs for the month April, I have been stuck and have not lost I have been gaining. Wish me luck.


    April 8 Monday - 191 lbs
    April 15 Monday - 190 lbs :smile:

    Doing my walk at home program I have lost 1 lbs so far, let's see if I can reach my goal by the end of the month. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you on your weight-loss journey.

    April 22 - 189 lbs
    April 29 - 188 lbs

    I did not meet my April goal of 184, but I will take what I have lost so far it is a pound a week. Let's see what march brings. Oh ya I started doing the 30 Day Shred tomorrow will be the last day of level-1 and then on to level-2

    I step on the scale this morning and gain 4 lbs, how is that possible I have been working out everyday unless that is 4 lbs of muscle I don't know.

    May 6 192 lbs

    Well I guess I will keep working out and those lbs might disappear. I am doing the 30 DS Level 2 and every other day Slim in 6 phase 1.

    5/30/13: 168. I gained... not gonna lie, I'm bummed about this...but I'm hoping it's new muscle. We shall see!

    6/6/13: 164.8. Down two pounds overall! I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not, but I am noticing my legs are looking better. I also signed up for my first marathon and started training! Yippeee!!!

    6/13/13: 166.2. Still down overall, but back at the 166 mark. I've been doing more strength work so this may be why... going to keep doing what I'm doing.

    +6/20/13: 167. I'm not happy about this, but I'm going to take it as a sign that I need to change something up in my snacking. Since starting to run longer distances, I've been really hungry, which is fine, but I need to figure out what is going to best fuel me. I've got some work to do!

    Well it seems I have gain 2 pounds and I did not meet my goal of 184 by the end of June. I guess I will see what July brings.

    Starting my new fitness routine and excited to see if it is going to work. Aqua class, Biggest Loser Wii game, walking for 30 min.
