    had the flu so didn't do the other weigh in BUT I'm better and after eating normally again I finally weighed myself and down 2 pounds so I'll take it!

    Lost 6.6 lbs. so far. Working to get to 180 by end of challenge.
    I'm also in another group that weights in on Saturdays so I can't have any splurge days. It's working for me.

    At least it wasn't a big gain, but still somewhat disappointing as I have worked out every day since starting this challenge along with monitoring what I eat. I was so excited to have the three pound loss the week before.

    I believe it may be to not getting enough protein. I have hit the MFP percentages for carbs/fat/protein (even making sure to eat healthy carbs), but I know when I was losing weight a year ago, I was over in protein.

    Can anyone explain why MFP calculates the protein so low? Thanks!

    1/16 - 179 - ugh, wrong way! Haven't been doing anything tho since I fell while skiing last weekend - bit of concussion and whiplash.. hopefully it'll go away sooner than later - this is driving me nuts! No energy, and get dizzy if do too much... soon...
