When you say you have limited mobility, how much does that restrict you? Can you do armchair excercises, can you walk on the spot? There are lots of ways to increase your calorie burn. Connie just stuck with it, we all have those times when we think we have got it and stop logging, I'm 70 and sticking with it, following a break over christmas I put on 8 lbs in a month and now back to logging everything. You can do this good luck and all the best

@RangerRickL and @craigo3154 I'm sorry but I have to drop out of UAC for Dec as there are so many things competing for my time as I care for my husband too who is not well at the moment. I hope to rejoin you in Jan because it was very helpful in Nov keeping me focussed. Apologies and thank you all
