So sorry to hear, just carry on and try to forget those two days, it's a very difficult time of year. You can do this don't let two days run into weeks and months. Good luck

I'm 70, it will be slower when you get older. It's not good to drop to 1000 calories. I am stuck and have been for months but if I go back to old ways then I will gain again. Try moving more and log all that you eat and drink, most importantly stick with it.!good luck, invite some mutually supportive friends to keep you…

You are doing the right thing whilst you can. Log all your food and drink and be honest. Get a few friends on board here to support you, you can then short each other through the good and bad times. Look at the food diaries of others and take note of thegealrhy foods they eat. Good luck

Hi RangerRick. I went into all discussion but didn't see a page for the 24/11/2017, perhaps I didn't look in the right place!
-
This is a great group for keeping you accountable. Take a look at the rules. I'm surprised how well I've done so far in Nov, especially in the excercise part. Also it has made me much more focused on keeping those calories in check hence eating healthy. Why not give it a try, what's to lose but weight.
