and i already have 46g protein a day, and 32g fat and 151g. carbs

i do exercise, like 3days a week, sometimes playing field hockey, sometimes figure skating, sometimes go gym. you mean in a day i shouldn't mix high fats and carbs?

thanks pals! what about the yogurt issue? 30g sugar in one cup is REALLY a lot but i seem to be unable to give up that tasty cup ><

turkey breast/roasted chicken wheat bread is for sure sometimes no cheese lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles for sauces it's mostly vinegar and honey mustard. try to keep the calories under 400 every time i have it and make sure don't intake too much fat from those meat
