is starbucks drinks & food really bad?
I love the muesli yogurt there, but seriously, 30g sugar per one cup? also, except american coffee, are the other drinks all bad for losing weight?

How much grams of sugar do you guys normally take? if i'm taking around 50g a day with 1x from fruits, is that considered fine and i won't gain fat because of that??

Is my food intake balanced?
Take a look at my diary today, I took around 1070 calories today, of which 51% carbs, 26%proteins and 23%fat, is this balanced? i indeed feel guilty when eating meat (especially beef!) but am i doing the right thing?

Is it okay for me to take more fat than protein in one day?
The percentage of my intake would be 53%carbs, 17% protein and 30%fat However, the fats are saturated (15g), Polyunsaturated (9g) and Monounsaturated (1g) probably from the Mackerel fillet that I'm going to have. Is it good? or am i taking too many fats? is it okay if i take more fats than protein?? I'm so confused :(

the red negative signs in my daily goal upsets me!
