Summary:
So basically i will have cereal + non fat milk + wheat bread as breakfast
golden mushroom with fatty beef slice and a yam as lunch
veggies and mackerel fillets and avocado for dinner
for snacks i will have a grapefruit + a lemon drizzle cake slice.
