  • Good question and helpful response. I excercise loads, but struggle to consume enough cals without eating rubbish. My weight loss is slow, but I feel so much better and look better. I want to change for life, not just a quick fix, so I see it that, slow is good? Keep going it will work
  • Sushi, is good. Like you said, stay clear of the fried stuff and you can indeed eat plenty to fill you up.

  • Hi I just checked it out and the burn was lower with a stroller, when compaired to walking at 3mph? Still a useful tool, but I would try to work out my speed and calculate that way. It may be assumed that walking with a stroller is at a slower pace (strolling) keep it up though B

  • Well done. I'm three weeksin and still not happy with the weigh ins. like you, I'm feeling so energetic and healthier. And I do think I have toned up a lot. It's a change of lifestyle for me and I know it will pay off in the long terms. Not just a quick fix. Keep going @//(*_*)\\@

  • Not feeling motivated at all at the moment. I don't want to update my weight, because I gained? Been sticking to calories and excercising loads...feeling sad about it too. I'm new on here and been going for only two weeks. Reading your posts has helped me today, because all I want to do is dive into a stack of chocolate!
