Thanks everyone. I don't worry about it, it's just been bugging me :) Thanks for correctly interpreting my badly phrased question!

Chocolate chip cookie dough is my favourite! Especially if you warm it for 10-20 seconds in the microwave. Cookies n cream is also delicious. I have IBS like you and the fibre count is fantastic I agree!

Nice work!! Love that feeling :drinker:

I agree, it does seem like a huge jump. W6 D1&2 both go back to having a walk interval, but then it looks like straight running for every workout from there on! Having completed my first non stop run, my tips would be to focus on how proud you're going to feel when you finish! Remind yourself that you have run that time…

I did it! 3.25km/2.02miles in 20 mins. Bring on week 6

Week 5 Day 2 done! Ran on the treadmill for the first time, I found it easier on the knees but a bit boring. I was really intimidated by the prospect of doing two 8 min runs, but on the second run I kept going to 10 mins! Feeling much more confident about Week 5 Day 3 now

Love them for the protein and fibre punch. And to me they taste like I'm having some sneaky junk food - that said I'm not much of a chocoholic so a chocolate lover might disagree! My favourites are double chocolate chunk, cookie dough and cookies & cream. The worst I have tried are Lemon Cream Pie, they are horrible! And…

I did W3D1 tonight. Definitely a more noticeable jump in running duration after weeks 1 & 2. But I did it! Time felt like it passed much more quickly with longer runs, I was so shocked when the app told me I was at the halfway point. I think, just THINK...I might be loving this a little bit ????

I'm 29 years old, 5ft 8, currently at 159 with a goal of around 140lbs. I can't really call mine baby weight as he's 4 and I lost it once already dammit. But here I am again! Def on board with the cheat meals/weekends slowing things down. Would love to get some more friends for motivation and comparing diaries etc, please…

I always wear high waisted jeans as I find them so much more flattering...I get most of mine from New Look as they have a big range of high waisted jeans and shorts. Topshop have them also but are about twice the price. I do find with New Look the cut isn't very generous so I often get a Size 14 whereas I'm a 12 everywhere…

I genuinely believe if I lived in the US I'd be twice the size I am now! You guys seem to have so much more variety of fast food, and damn, most of it sounds amazing! In the UK I think we're a bit more limited with resturant/outlet options, but where there's a will there's a way! My blow-out meal was a chinese…

I cooked with these for the first time ever last night! Amazing! I only ordered 3 packs online (even though it's cheaper to buy in bulk) as I didn't want a cupboard full of the things if they were awful. For a start, the water they were packed in didn't smell at all (I was prepared for the fishy smell) and I followed your…

I'm 5ft 8 and currently at 168lbs, having lost 7 in the last month. I feel I looked my best when I stayed under 140lb, I fluctuated from 135-140 for years. But I was VERY slim at that weight, so my first goal is 150lbs and will re-evaluate when I hit it. I'm definitely a pair shape and I don't want to completely lose the…
