  • Hi all. I’m 57 and from Kent in the UK. Tried to lose weight years ago but failed. Rejoined MyFitnessPal 9 weeks ago with 70lb to lose and have now lost 22lb on 1200 cals a day. Hurrah!!! At last I am starting to feel better and lighter. Still got a way to go but determined to reach my goal.
