Make today better than yesterday! Then make tomorrow better than today :)

This and... We have a foundation set-up by our school district/PTO perhaps you could see if your district has something similar? If not, start one:) Our Foundation services many different areas, clothing/furniture/school supplies. Donationas are always accepted and appreciated! The families in need are "referred" by the…

This is actually my favorite workout! LOL!

I'm on day 5, this is my second round. My name is Heather (obviously:)) I lost 7lbs the first round, then took a "break" to gain 10. Just a silly reminder that there are no "breaks" in fitness/healthy eating... I have however managed to lose 42 lbs over the last year and am trying to get the last 20 stubborn lbs off. My…

You can add me!!

Hi! You can add me if you like, I like motivating people it helps to keep me motivated, but I do tend to eat the same things everyday so I'm not sure I can help you with meal ideas...

Thanks everyone! I think that I'm not cooking it long enough, and I was roasting face up, which may have also been a problem:) I'll try again, I really do love it, it's so versatile!

I love this tip, starting the fix tomorrow!!! Thanks for posting this:flowerforyou:

Awesome job!!:drinker:

Congratulations!!! You should feel so proud of yourself, 60lbs is a huge accomplishment, like others above me have said just think where you'll be in two more years. I wish you much success on your continued journey!!!

Awesome job!!!

I'm doing Les Mills Combat and seeing great results. If you can't afford another program right now and are going to do another round of TF I would suggest searching for a different 12 week calendar. There are several different program calendars out on the web, this way maybe your body won't get used to the workouts.

WOW!! Fantastic results!

Hi Liz, I just started week 2 yesterday, feel free to add me if you like!

I loved reading this post, I'm so happy for you! Congratulations on bringing your belly back up to it's rightful position, I can't wait to see what the rest of your journey brings!!

My schedule doesn't match either of these...I ordered in April, weird. I do have the EZs but no upper/lower or 60.

You dread rest days or skip them altogether!!

I've read that the stomach area is the last place that it comes off. I myself am having that very same issue and I hold my weight in the same two places you mentioned, my stomach and legs. I've been eating healthy and excercising 6 days a week since November of 2012 and have only lost 30lbs. I keep telling myself that slow…

Amazing results!!! Thanks for sharing, I love reading success stories:)

I always dread that one too, especially the heel clicking, shoulder brushing part...I don't know why but I get to that part and totally lose it and it's not even hard! Probably because I just don't like it, lol!
-
I agree and thanks for your concern! I did slow it down quite a bit when it started, going to see how today goes and take it from there:)

Whew! Had a really hard time with 45 EZ tonight, fighting side stiches the whole way through and right before the finale I got really tight in the chest...weird and frighting all at the same time. I was able to finish it out still with a great calorie burn, but hoping this doesn't happen again! Hope everyone else had a…

1230 is way too low (in my opinion...) if you aren't eating back your excercise calories you're body is in starvation mode. How many lbs. a week did you tell it you wanted to lose? Your TurboFire kit came with a book that has an equation it will tell you based on how you answer the questions what your calories for the day…

Me too, just figured out yesterday that my Pyle HRM DID want me to put in my age and weight...duh. Once I plugged those in and did Fire 45EZ I burned 570 calories, I was logging it at 256. Seriously?!?! I'm excited to see what my actual burn is today I have Low HiiT 25.

I gained the first few weeks too, I am not following the TF diet but I do eat clean. I think in week 3 I lost all of what I had gained the first two weeks so don't despair! I weigh every couple of days (a bad habit that I need to break!!) and I 've been measuring at the end of each week just to see if I'm losing an inches.…

What is the difference between the two? My kit only came with 45EZ and let me tell ya, there ain't nothin EZ about it!!!!! It is constant high energy the entire time. I did Fire 30 for the first time yesterday and I was dreading it the whole day because I didn't know what to expect, but next to 45EZ it was cake and it has…

My burns with the HIITs are lower because the high HR isn't being maintained as long as with the cardio (plus they're shorter workouts), but you will get more accurate estimations with one that uses your age/gender/height/weight to calculate burns. [/quote] What kind do you have? I use a Pyle. It's relatively inexpensive…

My heart rate is always in the 160 - 170 zone when doing the TF workouts that I've been exposed to so far, I'm only in week 3 of the reg. schedule. I'm not really sure where it should be, I know my resting rate is around 75.

Yes it has a chest strap, but no it does not ask any of the questions. Maybe I should invest in a better HRM. Thanks for the input!
