60 Day Les Mills Combat Results

So I took the Les Mills Combat Challenge and just completed it. I follow a healthy nutrition plan, drank Shakeology once a day, and exercised 5 days a week following the work calendar. In only 60 days, I lost 22lbs and went from a size 40 pants to a size 36 
. Feeling so good and so happy. I am moving on to T25 next. Let me know if you want to join me
