Thank you. Yed. I have to be careful with nuts and seeds, between diver and trying to keep inflammation down,. My choices are limited. I even have to keep my egplant in control because its a nightshade veggie :-/

Thanks! I haven't fully explored that app, so I guess I will be doing that today. I questioned its usefulness when my husband got it for me, but the notifications to move and drink water have really helped so far.

I felt that way too when I went to the doctor and I weighed as much as I did the week before I delivered my daughter. I agree with everyone else - the important thing is that you caught it and you are doing something about it.

What is it? I need to work my butt, squats aren't doing it. I lost weight and I love my smaller arms and waist, but I am dropping fast in the T&A department, which I am not loving at all!

Mine were the first week, my fitness freak friend said that muscles that are not used to the routine swell up while in their initial repair and adjust stage. Makes sense to me.

I have been pretty successful lately with almost no inflammation by reducing my omega-6 intake (red meat, certain oils including my beloved sesame oil) and sugar. I've replace the red meat with fish and the sugars with citrus and nuts.

I'm finding it tough too - my legs still hurt from my C25K Sunday couples with everything else I did, but I squatted through it yesterday and it actually helped the pain. I have cardio and leg lifts to do today,so hopefully that will keep me going. Yesterday was horrible...

The spinach, tomato, and egg omelet idea is a good one, you can actually turn it into a scramble by tossing it in the mic at work. I keep a small supply, including a small carton of egg whites.

I log it and make sure I don't go over in calories or sugar. If its going to send more over, I skip it.
