Reducing meat, need ideas
I need to reduce my meat and dairy intake because it is adding o my inflammation problems. I am limited in my mind to eggplant, beans, and non-GMO tofu for replacements. Does anyone have any tried and true recipes or Pinterest boards with ideas?
