I bought a stationary bike a few weeks ago. I can only do 5-10 minutes on it. My shins and knees hurt so bad and that's all I can stand. I feel like such a failure, and I have gained back 10lbs of my 30-40 pound weight loss I was so proud of.

I make my own version of McDonald's fruit and yogurt. I get plain greek yogurt, flavor it with honey and a little vanilla. Then I make some candied walnuts (just brown sugar and walnuts in the pan and bake for 5mins.) I make baked/broiled salmon. But I top it with warmed lemon juice, white wine, salt and pepper. (I also sneak in some butter if I can). Drizzle it on top, really no need to season the salmon separately...I wanted to avoid seasoning because my sodium intake has been though the roof.

Hello I would like to be added to this challenge. My class reunion is at the end of May and I have been slowly reaching my goal. I did have a set back and gained 5lbs in March due to spring break and my grandmother's death. But I am now motivated more than ever!

I don't during the first day or two. My cycles have been rough since I was 14. I can't keep anything on my stomach and I am usually in a hunched over position the first 2 days. I don't do anything extra.
