I have gluten allergies, when I eat it I get go problems, red spots itchy spots on my back and a running nose, headaches..... But also stomach disturbances. So it depends. You may still want to check with your doctor. I had a allergy test to verify. :)

My Celiac test were negative , but I am still going to change my diet because I am tired of feeling sick daily. The good thing is that my husband has agreed to also change his diet to support me. ☺

I agree. Start with small changes. Food portion. Eat everything in moderation first and don't stress on cutting out food. Stress leads to over-eating. This is how I started. Water is good. It fills you up. Add me if you want and we can support each other.:smile:

My husband is an x-personal fitness trainer and he says to change thing up but don't quit. after changing things up for a couple of weeks your body will start loosing again. I wouldn't worry about it because it is only 1 day. At least you can exercise it off. I have to take 2 weeks off due to my injury. Make sure you drink plenty of water and be consistent in watching your food intake and exercise program and I'm sure the extra cal. won't matter.:wink:

Don't beat up on yourself, just pick yourself up and start again. I've been through a similar experience in 2006. I went from a size 16 to a size 6.
