How would one know if they are insulin resistant? Is there a test to take? My obgyn doctor prescribed Metformin to me about a year ago (maybe longer). I take 850mg daily. Yes. That is VERY unusual to go that long with out a bowel movement. Maybe you need to take a probiotic to flush out your system? It shouldn't be stored inside for that long. Hope you get better soon!

I finished yesterday, and I am so glad I stuck with it! My legs feel so much stronger. I can do sets of 50 with no problems and only take about a 10 second break before doing a second set of 50 :) . Day 27 was the first ay, in the entire challenge that I missed a day. I was standing all day in court and was EXHAUSTED by the time I got home. I decided to turn yesterday into my rest day. I am doing the 230 squats today and will keep on going til the end! Almost done!

So, last night I fell asleep on the couch, after only having done 130. I was super upset. That is the first day I have NOT been able to do all the required squats. SooooOOOoo...I got up extra early this morning and finished the remaining 90 lol. Still have to do the squats required for today!

I like your plan. I'm gonna follow it too! just finished 50 squats (2 sets of 25). It's amazing how strong my legs have gotten in the last 25 days!
