The easiest time to be overwhelmed with how much weight you have to lose is right in the beginning. Keep that in mind. (I had 76 to lose myself, and have already lost 10.) You can do it! I've got to lose something like 65 more pounds. I've never been successful until I tried doing it with this app, and now it seems so easy! Just take it a day at a time and try not to get overwhelmed. If a day at a time is too much, just take it a meal at a time! :)
