I agree, you shouldn't loose any more weight. We can actually see your ribs, so I say you're pretty thin. What you need to do, is tone your muscles, sculpt your body.

This is a great post. I had the same question as we're also actively TTC for a while now. I was afraid that exercising can hurt my chances. But from what I've read exercising (but paying attention to what your body tells you) while pregnant can be done. I think you just have to be more mindful to what you're doing.

When you're sick you can't exercise. Just watch what you're eating and focus on getting better. When you recover you can continue your weight loss journey.

I've started yesterday, level 1. I'm so out of shape, that I couldn't even finish the entire workout. But I'm going to have a go at it again today and tomorrow. I'll hang in there, because I've seen the results on others and they're amazing!!!

Hi! I'm also in. I want to log everything I eat, limit my daily calories intake, drink 8 glasses of water and work out at least 4 times a week. Good luck to everyone here :-)
