I use a lemon and mustard sauce for mine with baby or yellow potatoes. I'ts just wholegrain mustard, dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil. To the potatoes and dressing I toss in some chopped parsley, chopped chives and lemon zest.

Yes it's impossible. Read the threads other poster's quoted above. Change your goals - and break your larger goal into smaller, more manageable ones. Sometimes it's harder to climb a mountain when it's presented as a few hills rather than just a large mountain.

Gotcha - I misread what you wrote. My bad. Anyway... the points I made previously (as well as the questions) still stand. Liftng's comment (quoted below) seems to be solid advice. I'm also going to echo Peach's concern regarding the rate at which you're losing. It seems dangerously fast.
