Thank you everyone for the help! I'll keep up with eating low GI foods and daily walking. For insurance, it only covers name brands. I live in a small town and in order to get a name brand you need to plan two weeks ahead and I always forget so I have to buy the generic brand.

I've only been able to do it for up to two weeks. I went down two pant sizes in a week so I know it does work but it is a little too intense more me. Plus that guy gets on my nerves.
