PCOS approved recipes?
My doctors were super vague when I was diagnosed and put on medication. I've been eating foods with a low glycemic index and I've been doing good. I'm a total food addict and I'm having trouble coming up with quick snacks for when I'm on the go and things for meals. I'm not super good at being creative with my food.

Had a bad food day, suggestions?
I totally pigged out today at Applebee's. My meal was 1,000 calories and I didn't put it in until after I ate it. Freaking out a little because my limit is 1,200 so I'm already over. Should I try working it off or let myself have a bad food day?
