My doctors were super vague when I was diagnosed and put on medication. I've been eating foods with a low glycemic index and I've been doing good. I'm a total food addict and I'm having trouble coming up with quick snacks for when I'm on the go and things for meals. I'm not super good at being creative with my food.

Yogurt (low fat or full fat often have less sugar than fat free), cottage cheese, boiled eggs, tuna packets.

If you were diagnosed as insuline resistant, you might need to watch your carbs, and not overdo it in a single meal. Otherwise, there is nothing special about PCOS diet. Limit your calories, move more and you will be fine.

Boiled eggs are a fab snack! As is a cooked chicken breast shredded that you can munch through the day. Make sure you weigh it first though ;)
