I'm not good with logging weekends just b/c I have 3 kids that are in activities and I'm all over the place. I'm conscious about what I'm eating. I use a heart rate monitor when working out and yes I need a food scale.

Thanks for the responses! I am will be starting resistance training tomorrow:) and a food scale will probably help, I measure everything that I can and will reinforce eating clean
