I plan on starting the C25K this weekend. I downloaded the app. Does anyone know how to record it in the exercise section of the diary? It is not already listed, so how would I know how many calories burned if I add it myself? I'm fairly new here, so any help would be greatly appreciated :happy:

These are great ideas! Thanks guys! Here is one of my favorites... Fresh ground turkey burgers baked in the oven, topped with canned diced tomatoes (oregano and basil - no salt added). I eat this with brown rice and fresh spinach, or other fresh veggies. Quick, easy and yummy!
