Thanks for the info. I recently went on vaca and did very well too. I cooked tho because we were at the beach and there was a kitchen in the room. My next vaca is November and I will keep all this in mind cause I too am in it for the long haul!!! I look forward to going to Hawaii in the near future...

It works for you... CONGRATS on your weightloss success! FYI-- I remember watching a segment of DR. OZ where "Judge Judy" said she does the one meal a day thing too. And she looks great in her bikini at whatever age she is!!!

I too am just starting and been doing it for about a month now. I agree with the most of the responses and for me ive been doing lots of CARDIO. It helps with the burning of the fat so I rotate between tread, elliptical and bike atleast 5 times a week. I do a full body weight day three times a week. And I plan to keep that…
