  • With the start of the school year today, I am going to shoot for 30 day no drinking............. I need to lower my tolerance in order to make my original goal more obtainable.

  • I've just starting reading "How to Change Your Drinking" so this will most likely change as I get further into the book. So my goal is for this week. No drinking alone, and no more than 12 drinks this week. I'll plan them into my calorie goals, and if I want to overindulge I need to workout to earn them (and log them).

  • My scale also says I've gained 3 pounds, I have read on here that is common, your muscles are storing water to repair!? I didn't take measurements just going by how my clothes fit.

  • Level 1, Day 2 :) I did 25 day last month before going on vacation, starting over again. I log mine as gereral cardio, I've heard that from others here?!
  • I just started for the 2nd time yesterday, I do mine in the evening. The first time I went 25 days straight, with one sick day and, I skipped 4 days of level 1 (so I could finish before vacation). I took 2 weeks off for vacation and started again yesterday, to my suprise level one seemed easy :)
  • I missed yesterday, after two weeks and not missing a single day I am disappointed in myself.... Today is a new day, lets do this! I haven't lost anything either, but from what I've read that is normal for shred!!

  • I'm one day behind you, still a sore but it is getting easier. I find it harder at the start and easier towards the end. Keep up the hard work!
