I realize that slipping up is a probability, not a possibility. I don't dwell on it, get over it and I keep it moving.

People used to, but nobody really comments on my eating habits anymore. If anything is said, it will be a "cheat day" reference (as they eat pizza for the 5th time of the week), but usually nothing more than that.

I like to add 1 serving of coconut oil (14g) and 1/2 scoop of whey isolate (chocolate, 18g) to mine. Makes for 180 calories or so. It's a little higher than soda, but much better for you. Fits my macros better also.

Personally, I hate armbands. I do however like the tunebelt. You can get them on amazon for pretty cheap. Ebay has them as well. I have one for my 4s and l use it all of the time.

Let her buy you the pants that you think that will fit comfortably after the next 20 lbs drops off and call it a day. She's happy, you get new pants. It's a win-win.

I like it with applesauce. I love cottage cheese though, so the taste doesn't bother me too much.

Haha, I go over my calories almost every other day. Still down 37 lbs. If I know I am going to go over, I run more.
