You are taking the p###' and been a right top hat. Otherwise you have a eating disorder and need help.0

You ARE joking right?0

my apoligies to jdad. after a PM from him to make me understand his mental capacity it is certainly believable that he is on a downward spiral from simply eating M&Ms. most of us stronger people can hold up to such small temptations but he did fall off the wagon, my sincere apoligies to u for offending you and please keep me for support in your jopurneys.
I forgive you0 -

What in the heck are you talking about top hats for?0 -
This guy is just taking the p*$$ out of those of us who are serious about losing weight. I thought he was just over-exaggerating at first until I saw a post from him in another subject, offering sensible (fairly) support. 900+ posts since March 2013 - c'm'on - we're not all idiots!0

Seriously ?
Is this supposed to be an "give me attention" post?
If you are honestly that upset over a few calories and m&ms - getting fit is not the only concern here.
Maybe I am being a meanie and a bad guy. but seriously??? SERIOUSLY?
^^^ This.0 -
Haha, I go over my calories almost every other day. Still down 37 lbs. If I know I am going to go over, I run more.0

I hate posts like this. the troll who posted up played to the decent nature of genuine people to get a cheap laugh. ha, ha, ha...0

DO NOT give up! You need to learn to work with YOUR body and YOUR cravings and ignore everyone else. You are a unique individual and as thus this weight loss journey is your unique journey.
As for the candy. It's not a failure unless you LET it be a failure.
I lost all the weight once before 135 pounds gone. I did it by not having the candy. I went for months upon months without having cake or dessert. I was regimented. I lost the weight and then tried to live a 'normal' life. I for the first time had the candy and the cake and I went WILD. I didn't know how to handle it. So this time around I'm ok with having some candy. I'm ok with having a piece of cake. It is a PIECE of cake not the whole cake and it only happens every once in a while. I'm learning to deal with life NOW while I'm losing. It may make me lose a bit slower, but this way I'll KEEP it off!0 -

Just get back on the horse and do better tomorrow! It's ok to eat something bad once. One bad thing didn't make you overweight, so you are fine!0

Hi,
I would not worry too much about going over your calories as it happens to everyone. All you need to do is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go RIGHT...Tomorrow is another day and I am determined to conquer this. The last few pounds are always the hardest to get rid of. They will drop off with hard work and determination. We are all here to help you along and inspire you.
Feel free to add me if you so wish0 -
I feel like a total failure. I think i may just give up.
Give up what?0 -
Its ok to splurge a little every once in a while, this by no means makes you to be a failure!! Dont be so hard on yourself, today is new day!!! :flowerforyou:0

Come on! Don't give up so easily, like you said you only have 2 pounds to go. We all falter occasionally, what makes you strong is picking yourself up and getting back on the wagon not just giving up at the first sign of difficulty! It is upsetting when you go over, just log and move on.0

I feel like a total failure. I think i may just give up. I have had so much success overall but i just can't do it anymore. I had a M&M Halloween pack. I was doing so good!!! I avoided candy for like 14 months i think. I just feel like i should quit. I was unable to resist and for the first time i went over my 1200 calorie goal. I look at myself and i see a weakling. Someone that has no self-control anymore. Someone that will never make my goal weight. I only had 2 pounds to go but now who knows. After my failure today i just don't think i will ever make it. Not anymore. I just wish i had more self-control.
I see all these guys that are big like me staying within their goals each day and now i feel like an outsider. Seeing that number be red really hurts at my core. I was hoping i would be strong enough to do this but know i just don't know. Most days i don't even know what to eat to get to my 1200 calorie limit but today i was over by 36. I am such a complete failure.
Hmmmmm, I sense a little sarcasm.
Yep just quit because you obviously have bigger problems then losing 2 more pounds.
For those of you that took this seriously, WOW! You apparently need some positive friends.0 -
I'm sorry I wasted my time reading this thread.
OP, if you're not trolling us, please seriously consider professional help. If the number 36 is enough to scare you that much, you have bigger problems than weight loss.
On a serious note, do some JUMPING JACKS if you "binge" on A SNACK SIZE bag of M&Ms. Boom, your 36 calories are gone. Jeez.0 -

What are you talking about? You are a champ! You have maintained no candy for 14 months, you are a true winner!! We all have a few weak days. Now that we have that behind us. You keep going, you only have two pounds to go! You have lost over 30lbs you keep going. You should be so proud of yourself!!! Now today do an extra 15 minutes of exercise and you will feel better about your choices. No time to quit now you are a true sucess!!!!!!!
