Hi any idea how many I should eat,I am 44yrs old,I excersise and hour and half Monday to Friday cardio and weights,sat and sun are active but just walking,I am 10.5 at min any input would be great sx

I should add that the total I eat a ay is 1600 I don't eat back my excercise cals I burn each day whiich is 500/600 cals a day,as I excercise for 2 hrs a morning doing weights and radio Monday to Friday,do you all think 1600 is right for me I mad 5 foot 1 and 9.10 stone.

I am going to start logging all my food so it can be worked out for me,thankyou for he advice so far.itis very confusing as one trainer told me I was not eying enough for the excercise I was doing,some have said I was doing to much excercise lol.

So I am being thick........ Is there lots of carbs in lettuce,carrot,apple,beet root,swwetcorn,natural yogurt,muller yogurt,lemon juice,maybe I am eating to many carbs ....

Don't keep it logged on here as ex slimming world so have I all hand written in a diary on kitchen side.x

I eat only 1000 cals a day as I bank the other 600 as we eat out at weekends xxx

Hi I eat an apple in the morning,luch is a lovely big bowl of salad with lemon juice and beet root,and yogurt for pudding,dinner is zero noodles with passata and veg or salad again,I do eat egg whites sometimes and tuna as well,I make my own icecream with mixed fruit frozen and add muller light yogurt and freeze it x

Hi I don't log as I am ex slimming world and keep a food diary in my kitchen so write I all down every day and measure with electronic kitchen scales xx

Hi I am 5" and have lost 9 stone over the last 3 and half years,I have Mfp set at 1400 and I save all my excersing calories (approx 400 a day six days a week,cardio and strength) for the weekend as me and my family eat out every sat/ sun.xxx

Hi I started of a 46 dd and over three years lost 9 stone and have ended up a 36 d so things do shrink.xxxx
